We will be reopening our customer experience centres from 8th June onwards to enable our clients to visit and select their dream home.

In line with Government regulations we will be opening with minimum staffing with stringent protocols in place to ensure your safety. Here are some of the measures we will be implementing to ensure your visit is seamless and safe.
Visits will be strictly via appointments only. There will be limited slots per day to ensure that the office is never crowded and social distancing can be maintained. You can schedule an appointment here.
We will be providing pick-up and drop via cab aggregators on request. However, customers are encouraged to use their private vehicle if possible.
All staff and visitors will be screened using infra red thermometers before entering.
Face masks will be compulsory for all staff and visitors. Masks and gloves will be made available to all visitors.
All visitors will compulsorily need to sanitise at the contactless sanitisation kiosk before entering.
Only minimal staff will be present on site. Desks will be spaced out sufficiently or separate meeting rooms will be used. Wherever possible the spaces will be naturally ventilated.
All high contact surfaces will be disinfected frequently.

Safety is a shared responsibility
Visits are by appointment only and each slot will be for 45 minutes only. Please ensure that you reach on time for your appointment. In case you are delayed, your appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled.
In case you are unable to make it for your appointment, please inform us at least 3 hours in advance so that we can schedule another visit in the same slot.
Please cooperate with temperature checks, and adhere to sanitisation and face mask protocols.
Try and maintain social distancing of 6 feet from staff and other customers at all times.

Taxi and aggregators will be provided on demand, but travel will be at your own risk. Please take all necessary precautions
While we are putting all protocols in place to ensure your safety, please note that travel and visit will be at your own risk, Marathon Group will bear no liability in case of any incident.
