Marathon Group hits major milestone of delivering over 2000 homes at it’s Panvel township

Marathon Group, a 50+ year old Mumbai-based real estate developer with projects across the city, has received Occupation Certificate for several towers at its flagship township in Panvel, Marathon Nexzone. Over 700 homes have received the OC, taking the total count of homes delivered at Marathon Nexzone to over 2000.

Marathon Nexzone is located on the NH4 highway, about 10 minutes from the upcoming Navi Mumbai international airport and in close proximity to the upcoming Trans Harbor Sea Link. Marathon has launched 15 towers till date in the project across two phases and has sold more than 3000 homes, making it one of the most successful projects in the micromarket.
Marathon plans to launch the final tower in Phase 2 soon. The project features 1, 2 & 2.5 BHK homes across a wide range of sizes. Nexzone also offers a wide array of amenities for its residents including a fully equipped clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, sports courts, indoor games, a retail promenade, and lots more.
