Marathon Group Gives Possession to 145 Families in Its New Slum Rehab Tower in Bhandup

Marathon Group completed the construction of a large slum rehabilitation tower in Bhandup W and handed over possession to 145 families of Shiv Sai society. This marks a major milestone for the Group as it is the first rehab tower delivered to residents in Bhandup, where Marathon has launched 6 projects and plans to undertake many more in the coming years.

Marathon has an ambitious vision to develop over 100 acres of land in Bhandup under the slum rehabilitation scheme under its brand NeoHomes – an affordable housing brand in Bhandup that features smart & compact homes. Shiv Sai is the first rehabilitation tower delivered in Bhandup. The sale component of the project was launched as Marathon NeoSkies. Mr Chetan Shah, the Chairman of Marathon Group, graced the possession handover ceremony. He addressed the residents and thanked them for placing their trust in Marathon Group
