Over the past 50 years, Marathon Group has played a key role in shaping the city skyline. In the first couple of decades our projects were primarily located in Mulund. Post 2003 we played a key role in the development of Lower Parel as a commercial hub with our Era, Innova and Futurex projects. Our footprint has now extended across the entire city and includes residences, offices, shops and even a school.
