‘Home Delivery’ success at Marathon Nexzone

Marathon Nexzone is one of Panvel’s largest residential developments with over 3000+ homes.
Since construction resumed in June 2020 after the national lockdown, we have completed the construction of 600+ homes at Nexzone till March 2021. Even under normal circumstances, this is remarkably fast progress and delivery but the challenges posed by the lockdown, like labour and material shortages, make this even more noteworthy.

From June 2020 to March 2021 , towers Atlas and Aura have received an Occupation certificate till the 20th floor while all building completion milestones have been completed for all floors of Altis, Avior, Acrux, Atlas and Aura and OC is expected soon.
In all, around 600 units have been completed with 300+ units completed with OC and 300+ units where most work is already completed and OC will be received shortly. Several phases have also been delivered prior to RERA committed deadlines.
