Marathon Group launches new affordable housing project in Bhandup W

Marathon Group, a leading real estate developer in Mumbai, announced the launch of a new project in Bhandup under its brand of affordable homes, Marathon NeoHomes.
The new project, NeoValley Narmada, is the 6th NeoHomes project and is located near Gadhav Naka, the main market area in the heart of Bhandup W, just 10 minutes from Bhandup station. Marathon has had tremendous success with NeoHomes with over 1000 customers in Bhandup alone.

The studio homes are priced at 31.9L onwards, the 1BHK’s range from 47.9L to 72.9L and the 2BHK start at 90.9L onwards.
NeoValley will offer a range of amenities including a clubhouse, gym, indoor games, landscaped park and more.
